As business activities are increasing day by day. With the rapid developments and advances in the fields of science and technology, the manufacturing techniques have undergone a rapid change. The economics of large-scale production have brought into being a number of multi-national business organizations. The ever-widening markets also pose a challenge by themselves. The complexities of legal provisions of industrial and business law which are subject to constant change to achieve social objectives also require more than adequate attention and management. Moreover modern management has to take care of the new emerging human relations in business. The offices face a variety of challenges such as social, political and economic tedious paper work and time consuming. The other challenges faced by the office are legal provisions, reducing paper work and reducing office cost. Office Automation involves the planned application of integrated information handling tools and methods to improve the productivity of people in office operations. Although the handling of information by office people is the focus of this new technology, other aspects of the office will be affected. The main aim of this project is to attain following goals, better organized system, shorter and more efficient office management through automation which will improve the work postures of employees and employers
The proposed system adopted Rapid Application development methodology (RAD), and was implemented using html/css, for the user interface, PHP5 for the server side, and MySQL database for the backend. Both primary and secondary data collection was carried out.
